About the Canada (Ontario) Version
The Canada (Ontario) Version only comes in one flavour: weeks start on Sundays. There are twelve (12) "holidays" in this version, listed as follows:
- New Year's Day (January 1st)
- Family Day (February - Third Monday)
- Good Friday (March/April - Calculated with a pretty complex algorithm)
- Easter Monday (March/April - Good Friday + 3 Days)
- Victoria Day (May - Monday on or before 24th)
- Canada Day (July - Usually 1st; 2nd only if the 1st is a Sunday)
- Civic Holiday (August - First Monday)
- Labour Day (September - First Monday)
- Thanksgiving Day (October - Second Monday)
- Remembrance Day (November 11th)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
- Boxing Day (December - Usually 26th; moved to next Monday if 26th is Saturday or Sunday)
